Ernie Ball Music Man: Inspired Innovation - The All-New John Petrucci Majesty

Description
The Ernie Ball Music Man Majesty 6 electric guitar is a masterclass in guitar design and innovation. Developed closely with the legendary John Petrucci, this instrument combines cutting-edge features with premium tonewoods and components to deliver exacting performance. With a Majesty 6 in the arsenal, metal riff machines and explosive lead players will have all the firepower they need to realize their musical vision, as well as the sonic depth to dive into rock, blues, fusion and more with ease.

Next-Level Ergonomics and Balance
Painstaking efforts have gone into making Petrucci’s EBMM Majesty an ultracomfortable electric guitar for virtuosic technique, regardless of whether you’re seated in classical position or performing on stage with the instrument swung low. Free from neck dive and other ailments caused by uneven weight distribution, the Majesty possesses a natural, intuitive balance. Its lightweight double-cutaway design boasts unparalleled access up to the 24th fret, while neck-through construction offers a sporty, virtually nonexistent heel where the fingerboard meets the body. Even the electronics have been ergonomically positioned for easy access to quick adjustments. The Ernie Ball Music Man Majesty 6’s spectral silhouette ensures effortless self-expression.

Premium Tonewoods Cultivate Resonant Voice
Every Majesty 6 starts with a foundation of hand-selected, sustainably sourced tonewoods to produce its rich, harmonically complex voice. Select models feature an okoume body with a flamed maple cap, while others utilize basswood—both versions are vibrant, resonant canvases, each bolstered by a neck-through piece of tonally warm, round mahogany. An ebony fingerboard lends articulation to every note, in addition to a smooth feel under your fingers. Combined, these woods create a sound that rings true, from deep low end to crisp highs. As you dig into the strings, every nuance of your playing shines through with stunning clarity.

Explore a Universe of Sound
The ability to traverse the sonic spectrum is the EBMM Majesty 6’s calling card, with a versatile pickup array that allows you to summon a colorful palette of tones. Signature DiMarzio Rainmaker and Dreamcatcher humbuckers serve up everything from liquid leads to textured high-gain rhythms. Blending these with Fishman Powerbridge piezo saddles opens new tonal dimensions, letting you combine magnetic grit with sparkling acoustic resonance. Independent volume controls enable you to dial in the perfect mix of these elements, and you can even route them to separate outputs for mono or stereo applications. Need more volume and drive? There’s also an onboard preamp offering a 20dB boost.

Tremolo Tailored for Expressive Performance
The EBMM Majesty 6’s custom John Petrucci Music Man floating tremolo provides the buttery, responsive performance that pitch-perfect vibrato and expression demands. Built from plated, hardened steel, it maintains precise intonation and stability through even the most dramatic flutters, pulls and dives. This proprietary system allows you to manipulate your sound with complete control and musicality—just like the king of progressive shred himself. Paired with Schaller M6 locking tuners, the Ernie Ball Music Man Majesty 6 aims to keep you in tune through energetic tremolo workouts, intervallic bends and acrobatic riffs.
For discerning players seeking an instrument that fuses innovative design with top-tier tone and uncompromising playability, look no further than the Ernie Ball Music Man Majesty 6. Few elite shredders also provide the diverse range of sounds you’ll discover in the EBMM Majesty, putting it safely in a class all its own. I got this guitar for christmas with the her majestys request paint job and before I even start talking how it plays, OMG this guitar is so much more beautiful in person than in the pictures. This paint job changes colors depending on the angle the guitar is pointing towards light. Ten out of ten on the paint job!

I bought this guitar in October of 2022. I am a huge Petrucci fan and for the price I thought I was getting a high end guitar. Fast forward to April 2023, and the volume knob is broken (cuts in and out). Took it in to guitar center and they said I have to ship in to Ernie Ball for repair. Guitar Center won't take care of it, so I feel very slighted on the customer service after spending huge bucks with them. Now I have to ship it to California and be without this guitar for who know how many weeks / months. Who has that kind of time? I have had guitars that cost under $800 that have NEVER had this problem, and here we go with a $4000 Ernie Ball. I wasn't made aware on the front end of Guitar Center's inability to work on this product, and so now I am going to have to find someone else in the future who I will now have to pay from time to time to get this guitar fixed. My advice: Don't buy this product unless you can fix it or know a guy you trust. And certainly don't count of Guitar Center standing behind their product they sell you. -Jacob Garcia, Tucson, AZ

Guitar plays amazing and feels great with fast action. It is also amazing to look at & is definitely the focal point of my music room with wall mounts for all of my guitars. I enjoy playing this one more than any others in my collection.

At first I was a little intimidated by the price and that is a Custom made guitar for and by a very particular musician. Having said that, I was in the market for a new guitar and never tried a music man before, I tried several Ibanez az prestige, some PRS, but never a music man, until I first tried a Sterling and it was a game changer, then I went an tried the Music Man, and it was love at first touch, it was a very hard decision between the Sabre and this one. It's a very versatile guitar no matter what the youtubers say, you can go all around and even a little stratoish kind of tone with split in the middle position. This guitar fits so good and comfortable into your body, super lightweight. It doesn't matter what's your skill level when you find an instrument that feels so very well. Yes, it's pricy but the 48months 0% apr it's a very good option if you can commit to lower your street coffee intake like I did. I am really enjoining this guitar and thinking about the next Music Man I'll get XD
Amazing quality, very cool.
