Comments about Eminence Legend V128 12" 120 Watt Vintage British Tone Speaker:

Have an older madison divinity 4x12 cab and two of the original speakers in it blew. I contacted the owner of Madison and he informed me some of the symphony brand speakers for those particular cabs were made at two different factories and the first factory wasn't good apparently. I replaced the 2 blown speakers with these Legend V128. I really like the sound of them. Punchy, clear, crunch, and crisp sound. I play a lot of doom/metal so they work well for me but might not for others.

Comments about Eminence Legend V128 12" 120 Watt Vintage British Tone Speaker:

I bought this for a Made in USA Red Stripe Peavey Bandit.
I bought the amp used and discovered a hole in the speaker cone..
After much research I decided on the V128 for it's power handling capabilities
and price.
It really does the trick in the Bandit , plenty of great tone.
It brings out the warmth and smoothness of the Bandit.

Comments about Eminence Legend V128 12" 120 Watt Vintage British Tone Speaker:

I bought this speaker to place in a custom cab that i built, paired with a 10" 8ohm celestion that i already had. Closed back 4ohm cabinet. It sounds great and 175 watt power handling. I can only imagine the more it breaks in, the better it will sound. For the price, i would definitely recommend this speaker to anyone looking for a 12 inch speaker with a limited budget like myself

Comments about Eminence Legend V128 12" 120 Watt Vintage British Tone Speaker:

These speakers sound great for the price. They have a very balanced sound for hard rock and metal. Good high end treble tones, not tinny at all . Nice smooth mids and bass. I paired this legend British cone speaker with an eminence swamp thing and it handles my 100 watt bogner tube amp with ease. I run a boss metalzone into the clean channel and it handles crunchy distortion all day. Celestion are over priced. Stick with eminence.
