The DW5550 wooden straight mute is designed to fit Eb - D trumpets or Eb soprano cornets. This mute offers excellent tone color and works very well in softer dynamics. This mute is constructed from birch that is marine ply for added strength and lined with a vulcanized fiber for a warm sound.
