It's a great guitar with QA issues

D'angelico deluxe guitars are great and this is no exception. It's a unique and wonderful combination of pickups and I can get some great unique tones from it. I love the neck profile and satin finish of these guitars. It makes them really comfortable to play. However, I have 3 D'angelico deluxe solid body guitars and each has had issues with the electronics. Currently, this model's bridge pickup works only some of the time. I've already had to get things fixed on my Brighton and still have to get my Atlantic fixed.
Of course I will buy this one again.

My son and I really like this guitar... the Playability (very smooth like butter), the Prettiness (Beautifyl easthetic from the body shape to headstock), and the Price (nicely made from Korea). I come with Seymour Duncan pickups, tusq nut, locking tuning machine and a case. I love it. No tremolo arm but, I can get tremolo pedal if I need it. Everything I like for a guitar, semihollow, single coils and humbacker, 50's looks, locking tuning machine, and it sounds expensive. Enjoy
