My Choice for Strings
I have been changing all my acoustic instruments, especially guitars and mandolins over to these strings. I still occasionally like the brassyness (really bronziness) of phosphor bronze but actually prefer the tone of NB strings. I mostly play vintage instruments and these bring out the best in them. You basically get more of the tone of the woodiness of the guitar or mandolin vs. the tone of the strings. Hard to describe. They are excellent for archtop guitars.

Very unique acoustic strings

These are significantly easier to play with less tension making fretting and bending way easier. Mediums feel like lights to me. They really feel(and look) more like electric strings, which is what I'm used to. They're quieter than PB or 80/20, but sound mellow and nice. I recommend!
These strings are great!

My favorite strings. Have bought them many times. My reviews are still on site. Electrics are the very best as well.
Long lasting and significant difference.

my new favorites I'm very rough on strings and instruments and a bit crazy about tuning and changing strings often. I used to change every night, but thats too often and costly. These strings last longer and seem to stay in tune better as they wear out.
If the strings perform well, I will purchase them again

finding my preferred string type. So far tried Elixir Nanoweb (average), Martin Authentic Acoustic (best so far great low end) Santa Cruz Parabolic low tension (great feel but tone not as nice as Martin AA) DiAddario Nickel Bronze much like the Elixir or Santa Cruz tonally but visually appealing because they are silver or nickel in appearance.
these strings are the best.

They provide great tone and extremely long life.I have never really cared for coated strings and these last just as long if not longer. It must be the nickel. Better than phosphor bronze. Let me add D'Addario NY XL electric strings are supper ,too!
