These excerpts from Ann and Séamus-Stephen Hatfield's opera written for Shallaway: Newfoundland and Labrador Youth In Chorus--have been compiled with an eye to their dramatic potential. Choirs may perform the suite in standard choral formation, or they may give a staged or semi-staged performance. Suggestions for soloists, costumes, and choreography are all included.
