Decided to give this bass a try after seeing many great reviews and youtube, guitarcenter, online reviews etc. My first impression after getting this bass was so mind blowing I was literally raving about this bass to all my friends and band members. Sound is just awesome. Love the tone, looks great, plays nice, feels nice. Also comes in great sturdy gig bag with heavy cushion. This is my first Sterling Stingray and I am sold! Definitely feels much more that what I paid for. Would definitely recommend! #sweepstakes

This bass plays and sounds amazing. But the tuners on my bass are beginning to strip and I've had it for less than a week. Terrible terrible cheap tuners. That you will have to pay to repair yourself or painfully return the bass and wait for a replacement (with bad tuners)

  • Great bass. Must have.

What Pickup does this bass have and is there a way I can order it by itself?

    1) It's Sterling's version of the MM4. This would be very close: Seymour Duncan SMB-4a MusicMan Alnico Bass Pickup.
