Jackson

collapse expand iconDescription

The JS Series Dinky™ Arch Top JS32Q DKA features a poplar body with a beautiful quilt maple arched top, bolt-on maple neck with graphite reinforcement and scarf joint for rock-solid stability. Hosting 24 jumbo frets and sharkfin inlays, the 12”-16” compound radius rosewood fingerboard gradually flattens toward the heel from its more rounded profile at the nut. This makes for comfortable and natural-feeling chording and riffing near the nut, with optimal shred articulation and bending nearer the heel.

Powered by direct mount dual Jackson high-output humbucking pickups with ceramic magnets, the JS32Q DKA also features a three-way blade, single volume and tone controls, Jackson-branded Floyd Rose® licensed double-locking tremolo bridge, standard strap buttons and sealed die-cast tuners.

Available in a variety of transparent finishes that highlight the beautifully quilted top, the JS32Q DKA is finished off with stylish binding around the neck and headstock and all-black hardware.

I would buy this Jackson and other model Jackson's

I am using this guitar to re aquaint myself to music again. I was in a pro band from the area called SHAMELESS. From 1995-1999 we played everywhere from the strip in Los Angles to Vegas Arizona , Texas and all over California. We had recorded and supported several cd's of music and opened for many national acts. My main instrument was bass . But I have always written on guitar. As I got older my back was preventing me to continue playing for any length of time. I have 12 chronic conditions like spondylitis and degenerate disc disease etc. it sucked the life out of me. Well. Seven surgeries later I am still here and miss my favorite love… music. So while I am rehabbing my most recent 8 disc thoracic spinal fusion surgery. I'm going to start playing guitar again. I wanted the best rock guitar on the market . I've practically played on and owned everything. Except a Jackson. The quality is the best. The price was the conformation. For a solid clubbing and recoding guitar this is it. Especially if you are on a limited budget.

Neck snapped from bad glue job/ 7th fret is not leveled

Bought this about 5 years ago and it did the job for a while. Till one day the neck gave way at the scarf joint. I ended up fixing it myself and now I'm running into issues with said un-leveled fret. Definitely not worth the price. Only buy if you want to roll the dice.

It arrived 2 days ago and after I tuned it (it came tuned to drop D for some reason) I went on to play it. And I can confidently say this is the best guitar I've played. The pickups are very nice and the strings stay in tune after going crazy on the whammy bar. The fretboard and neck both feel really good compared to my previous guitar (Squier strat). Moving out of specs and playability the looks man, this finish is very beautiful and goes very well with me. I can't wait to pick it up again after this and play it, the look of a good guitar really calls to you and makes you exited to play and this really applies here. Very good

  • Surprisingly Great!

I am an experienced guitar nerd but had never ventured into a Jackson purchase. I tried it out and the feel of the neck was very similar to more costly guitars I own. The trem system works flawlessly. Still in tune after several weeks. For the money, an excellent addition to any guitarists collection.

  • One of the best guitars I've ever owned

If the whammy bar goes down only or goes down and up. And also how do you tune it with the locking on the top

It goes both down and up, and you loosen the nut before tuning, then tighten it back up once done.

Yes, this guitar would be able to accommodate almost any other pickup.

You can swap out the pickups, however not all pickups models will fit this model
