Sounds very warm, power is toe-to-toe when compared with Godin for half the price but with better ergonomics and 1/2 the price. I got the Garnet limited edition and it looks stunning. Superior sound to the Ibanez' out there with due respect. I play Brazilian music and it's perfect

  • NOT FOR STAGE .. Wrong phot, terrible EQ, home use only

Since it's not usable plugged in, it's value is for practice around the studio. It plays well and with louder than expected volume it's more useful unamplified than expected. It's unfortunate that the old photo of a model that is not available is still being displayed as I would prefer the regular burst finish and it cost less. The other one I got looks OK, just not was expected.

I wanted an acoustic-electric nylon guitar for practice and song writing. The guitar arrived looking good. Cool red finish, nice hardware. Seemed well made. I had never tried one of these thin body acoustic-electrics before and many reviews and the salesperson indicated the acoustic sound was surprising good- fully bodied and projected well. My experience is that couldn't be further from the truth. This thing sounded about as good as a Walgreens Disney kid toy guitar. Just terrible. I never got to plug it in because the acoustic sound matters for me and this did not have the "juice" I was looking for. A cool guitar but not for me. I returned it and got a more traditional acoustic electric classical guitar - a Cordoba fusion series. The acoustic sound is night and day between the two models.
