The back and sides of this Breedlove are made from Granadillo—a visually stunning wood that delivers surprising energy and extraordinary tonal balance in addition to its highly desirable color patterns that are extenuated by the thin UV finish.

To further boost the high-energy sound, Breedlove chose an African mahogany neck and an African ebony fretboard and bridge. The FSC-certified European spruce top is torrefied, resulting in a more mature sound and tone and a top that’s less susceptible to movement with humidification changes. The small Concertina body shape produces a clean, balanced and superb sound with a warm midrange tone. The cutaway design gives access to all 18 frets.  Breedlove’s Natural Sound Electronics sound better, are more reliable and put controls right where players need them—in the sound hole for quick on-the-strum access.
