Overview

With the introduction of the T Series, musicians, engineers and producers working in music production studios, video post-production facilities and radio broadcast studios can now buy an affordable professional monitor that delivers performance approximating that of ADAM Audio’s flagship S Series and iconic AX-Series monitors. Featuring a wide frequency response, excellent transient response, high dynamic range, small footprint and robust reliability, the new T Series monitors have the same natural and smooth sonic signature as all of ADAM Audio’s highly acclaimed monitors—but at a much lower price.

With the T7V, ADAM offers a 7 in. polypropylene woofer to work alongside its cabinet’s rear-firing bass reflex port to provide an ultra smooth, highly accurate midrange and extended bass response.

The T7V also uses the U-ART 1.9 in. accelerated ribbon tweeter. Made of a high-tech polymide film, used in thermal blankets on spacecrafts and satellites, the U-ART tweeter’s diaphragm provides pristine and extended high-frequency response up to 25kHz, a breakthrough solution for monitors in this price range.

Features

  • Wide sweet spot
  • Small monitors with outstanding performance
  • High-frequency response extends to 25 kHz and bass-frequency response extends to 39 Hz
  • Perfectly suited for use in small control rooms for music production, video post-production and radio broadcast

Comments about Adam Audio T7V 7" Active Studio Monitor:

Just picked up a pair of these a few days ago. Been breaking them in and just started some remixes with them. Previous monitors were a pair of Tannoy 6.5 PBM, NS10M and latest, Rokit 5.
These rival and top the Tannoys for soundfield reproduction....clear, transparent and expansive when compared to the Rokits. Lower mid to mids 200-1k are very detailed without being busy. Very easy to mix with at low volumes as well. Had to really push my Rokits to get the clarity I get at 1/3 the volume on the Adam. I'm surprised at what I was missing with the Rokits.
The cabs are very light... to the point that I wonder about their durability, and need to be decoupled from whatever they are resting on as they will drive the surface fairly aggressively. I guess the cabs are built from very dense materials but I hear nothing from the cabinets themselves. Very tight sound.
My mix space is fairly small but have zero issues with the rear ports sitting about 12-14" from the rear wall and angled in.
All said and done, these are a real value at $500/pr and easily rival some in the $750-1000 range.

Audition them. I think you'll appreciate them.

Comments about Adam Audio T7V 7" Active Studio Monitor:

I have to say I have always heard good things about Adams Audio. But was a little out of my price range.
The T7V's are unbelievably clear. I was going to go for the T5V's. To replace my 15 year old KRK rocket 5's.
But when I compared the two models, I went for the T7V's. When I was doing the burn in and listening to a variety of music, I heard things in these recordings that I never heard before. I know my old KRK's that are in amazing shape, are a bit tired but they still sound good. Compared to the Adams it literally is nightt and day.
The clarity and stereo separation is crazy. I compose electronic music and use a lot of analog synths.
The warmth of these speakers is mind blowing! Adams Audio affordable now for the rest of us !
Buy them !!! Buy them now !!!

Comments about Adam Audio T7V 7" Active Studio Monitor:

I've owned these for 2 months, used them in conjunction with top-quality Grado headphones, with 5inch Yamaha, with the big beefy MAudio 8inch, and with the massive 10inch Rokit 10- 3 monitors. The T7V provides the best representation of the "real" mix - with occasionally rounding out my perceptions with the above-mentioned monitoring tools. The T7V will tell you honestly what your mix sounds like.

Fantastic affordable option from Adam Audio

Comments about Adam Audio T7V 7" Active Studio Monitor:

I upgraded from M-Audio BX8s, and although I lost some frequency range, the sounds is much tighter and controlled. Before I was feeling more bass than I was hearing; that's not the case here. If you're considering buying these, do yourself a favor and don't think about it. They're a fantastic affordable option from Adam Audio. In addition, don't forget to grab some TRS to XLR cables, because the only balance input these speakers have are XLRs.

Comments about Adam Audio T7V 7" Active Studio Monitor:

Awesome speakers, super natural sounding. Have been trying to decide between Adam and HS 7, used HS 7's before never heard Adam Audio's stuff, but always heard good things about them. Got these and I'm very impressed, I see why everyone seems to love Adam Audio.
