2008 also marks the 50th anniversary of several important Gibson guitars: the ES-335, the Sunburst Les Paul, and the socalled “Modernistic” guitars – the Flying V and the Explorer. Each of these historically significant models will be painstakingly recreated as limited editions by the Gibson Custom Division in recognition of this notable anniversary, the lowest serial numbers of which will be available exclusively through Guitar Center.

While many of the guitars featured will be delivered during the course of 2008, they may be pre-ordered from any Guitar Center immediately, and will be shipped first come, first served.
