Not satisfied

By Cesar Lopez

from Beaverton, OR

I usually like a light and crisp sound in cymbals. When I first got these cymbals, I thought the ride was alright but the rest had a loud and thick sound. I rather use the ZBT cymbals than these cymbals(exluding the ride).

Great for Hard Rock Drumming!

By Courtney

from Salt Lake, UT

Crisp crash, hi hat sounded good in disco or rock beat. I was completely satisfied with these! The cymbals I had before, were more expensive, but didn't match up and compare to these ones!

A Set for All You Heavy Drummers

By Kyle Jones

from Newport Beach

This is an amazing set. Loud, heavy, and great for the fast rock I love to play. If your style is fast/heavy rock and playing really loud, then this set is definitely for you.

Overrated

By Genosha

from Kansas City, MO

Not impressed at all with these cymbals. The crashes did not project nearly as loud as a had anticipated. The only good cymbal out of this pack were the hi hats. everything else was too tinny sounding and too quiet. Took them back and got a zildjian a crash and a paiste pst5 crash and am much happier now.

Your neighbors (won't) like 'em

By Joao Bustolin

from Beverly, MA

That's right, If you're concerned about your neighbors/roommates complaining, buy a muting system along with these cymbals, 'cos they're fat, thick, and the sound echoes throughout the whole house - unless you have a sound proof room, then you're good to go. I bet they wont crack anytime soon. Good for metal, but if you have more money, go for A series, or Sabian XS.

excelent set!!.

By Luis Fernando Due+/-as

from Bogota, Colombia

perfect set for every kind of drummer: begginer, intermediate and pro. the sound is powerful, enough projection and great volume. the crashes are powerfull, specially the 18" crash!!, AMAZING!!. the ride is better to ride with nylon tip drumsticks, though, but, any way, zildjian guaranty will always be satisfied!!!.

Crisp Clean Sound

By Laoch

from Texas

These cymbals look awesome and sound just as good. Excellent cymbal for beginners, hobbyists and intermediates alike. I get the best crashes with wood tipped sticks though the ride sounds brighter with a nylon tip.

ZXTCymbal set

By Raymond R Roughton III

from Pine Mountain, GA

With every thing taken into consideation, these cymbal cannot be beat; price, Zildjian tradition, and sound, ping and chick, are very crisp. Decay is very good, no prolonged ringing to interrupt the continuation of the other parts of the music. Really excellent set
