This has to be THE best crash I've purched so far. It is loud and durable. Just the kind of crash cymbal I need for the kind of music I play. I think it is good for any kind of music genre.

Not Durable

I have gotten this cymbal replaced once and it has already cracked again within four months. Good for beginners or younger drummers, just not good if you hit decently hard.

Comments about Zildjian ZBT Rock Crash:

lol, I guess im yet another person whose cymbal cracked in about 4 months (come to think of it..... i wasnt really going easy on it). overall a good cymbal for beginners, good bang for buck, but dont expect it to last long if your a hard hitter.

okay cymbal

By Nasr Gopeechan

from Pasadena, TX

Comments about Zildjian ZBT Rock Crash:

I have 2 of these, a 16" and an 18". I had just began drumming 3 years ago and i've had them ever since. But, there is an enormous crack in my 18" and a growing one in my 16". They have dented pretty bad also. But, i shouldn't leave out that they started doing so on the 3rd year i've had them. It could be my style of playing, or the drumsticks I use. I think these are good starting cymbals, along with the Ride and and HiHats.

Awesome

Comments about Zildjian ZBT Rock Crash:

I got this cymbal a few weeks ago and immediately it was my favorite cymbal in my kit. It easily powers through a loud guitar, and adds a nice touch to double bass beats.

Great Choice

By Alex

from New York

Comments about Zildjian ZBT Rock Crash:

I absolutely love my ZBT's and they have been great to me for years. The only problem is that I have also had problems with them; both my 16" and 18" cracked, which Zildjian replaced for free, but the replacements have cracked as well. I think they are great choices anyway, as long as you have them positioned the right way.

Waste of money

By Pintobeanz412

from Wichita Falls, TX

Comments about Zildjian ZBT Rock Crash:

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I bought this cymbal because it was cheap and I wanted to expand my kit, but after a month it was already denting! At four months it was dented everywhere, and the at six months it had a five inch crack! Don't waste your money no matter how cheap it is.
