What a 'Chick' magnet

By Jess Gaze

from Fort Wayne, Indiana

Comments about Zildjian K Custom High-Definition Hi-Hats:

Great for Jazz! They're the chickiest things on the planet. Besides that they're, in my honest opinion, fantastic versatile hats. They're swish is perfect and when closed it get's funky. On the dry side just like the Hi Def Ride, but the wash come's out more in the hats.

Ultimate detail

By edge youth

from Clifton, VA

Comments about Zildjian K Custom High-Definition Hi-Hats:

This is the holy grail of jazz hi-hats and the perfect tool for the intricate soloist. Sister to the hi definition right this gives all detail to the initial contact from stick to cymbal. Very little sustain, but enough to make presence as a hi-hat. Used for the intense jazz soloist or a perfect 2nd hat, this is what you want if you are the abnormal player. Many hats are made for constant hits on down and up beats while this is your shining beacon for quick, intricate passages and fill effects.
