WOW!!!

By Dave Pfeifer

from Stroudsburg, PA

I just recentley bought this ride as a step up to a serious, kind of jazz sound. I couldn't be happier i did. This ride is the only ride i use now and most likely will always be my main ride. The three rivets give it the perfect sound without too long of a decay. I love the brighter "Classic A Sound". If you are looking for a dry sound or with a more distinguished bell you should deff. play it first before buying. Overall great cymbal, gives whoever hears it an eargasm.

Greatest Ride Ever!

By Zach

from St. Louis

I have owned this cymbal for a few years now and I have to say that it is the most amazing thing ever. It sounds beautiful when played loud or soft, in any style or setting. This is the ONLY ride I play now. Don't be afraid of the price because this is the last ride you will ever need to buy.

simply put... amazing!

By Blues by U

from Texas

I bought this cymbal a few weeks ago to complement my 20 inch Armand ride, hats and crash. I like a two ride jazz type set up and since my other cymbals are based around this one to begin with I thought it would be a good addition. I have to say I could not be any more pleased. It has a brighter ping and bell than the twenty without nearly as much wash. It has a great shimmer to it with the rivets without unbearably long sustain making it ideal for my style. It is definately my favorite ride cymbal. The biggest surprise though is that it is also about the best sounding crash cymbal I've ever heard. It does'nt have the gong like effect that the other one has when I crash it and pairs up beautifully with my Armand 18 inch thin crash on the other side of my kit for what has to be the best 2 cymbal crash sound ever. It is a medium thin cymbal that would make a great primary or secondary ride in any kit but would also be worth the addition for the crash sound alone. If your style of play is heavy metal please choose not to abuse these wonderfull Armand cymbals but if you like Levon Helm you at least need this one.

AMAZING

By myspace.com/Atlasa

from St. Louis

The name says it all, Beautiful Baby! This cymbal sounds great for all musical settings. It can easily be played loud or soft. It has a clear articulate ping when played near to the bell or a washy crash like sound when played near the edge. The rivets sound amazing and truly make this cymbal a one of a kind addition to your set.
