ZHT Splashes create pleasingly quick splash and crash sounds that integrate well with any cymbal setup.
For their ZHT series Zildjian chose Ultimate Sheet Bronze, an alloy with a higher tin content for enhanced low- and mid-frequencies. This extraordinarily musical metal is combined with ultra-modern manufacturing techniques and extensive hammering to create value-priced cymbals with sounds that are both modern and traditional.
Avedis Zildjian Company Warranty Statement
As of October 1, 2009, all Zildjian Cymbals are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Process
Cymbals that show factory defects within two years of their original purchase are eligible for examination at our factory. Zildjian experts will evaluate the damage and issue a replacement cymbal, unless it appears the damage is related to improper use or care.
If you believe your cymbal has a factory defect:
1. Contact Zildjian to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#), via telephone: 781-871-2200.
2. Indicate the location of the damage on the cymbal with a piece of tape.
3. Make a photocopy of your original numbered and dated sales receipt.
4. Carefully package your cymbal. Include your RA# and the photocopy of your sales receipt in the box.
5. Ship the package to:

A Cymbal will not be replaced if:
1. It has been misplayed, dropped, played with excessive force or treated abusively.
2. The center hole is worn due to improper stand set-up or abusive play.
3. The cymbal was bought second-hand or used in a lease program.
4. The cymbal has previously been replaced by Zildjian.
5. More than two years have passed since the cymbal was purchased.
Warranty Notes:
• Cost of shipping a damaged cymbal to Zildjian is the customers responsibility.
• Factory evaluations take approximately 4 - 6 weeks.
• Cymbals that do not meet the warranty guidelines will be returned to customer.
• Cost of shipping a replacement or damaged cymbal back to the customer will be covered by Zildjian.

Best splash I've played so far. I used to have a Sabian splash, but I returned it to try a Zildjian. This one has a mid-high pitch and can stand out over the loudest of crashes. Don't hit it too hard and it will last a long time. Overall, excellent splash!!!
I have had this splash for almost two years now and have loved it ever since the day I bought it. It has great musical qualities for all music types and is also very durable. I dropped it in a parking lot once and it still sounds new! I would recommend all of the zht cymbols over the other Zildjian sheet cymbols.You get great value, and great sound with this splash.
I was very satisfied after purchasing this tiny splash, it has a bright tone and cuts through the air like a hot knife through butter. The extremely high pitch of this splash makes it, well, not exactly loud, but very noticeable amongst larger cymbals, it'll cut through even the bellows of crashes! Stacking this cymbal six inches above a 12" china gives it a very good home, it has just the right length to allow me to strike the china cymbal without having to worry about the stick colliding with the splash. Overall I give this cymbal a 9 out of 10, I love it! The only thing I dislike is the finish, due to the high amount of copper in this cymbal. I just prefer the more golden type of shine seen in Zildjian's Avedis and K cymbals.
