Zildjian ZBT Hi-Hat Cymbal Pair (107232670)
Availability:

A brilliant, fundamental hi-hat pair for the beginner. A great all-purpose ride!

Sound grooves and round hammer strikes in a simple circular pattern on the top surface of ZBT cymbals magnify the basic sound of the distinctive ZBT alloy. The ZBT Hi-Hat Pair produces a sharp and focused sound with an excellent, bright "chick."

The bright, intense, high-pitched sound of the Zildjian ZBT series cymbals cuts through the mix of other instruments. Sheet origin and precision lathing techniques create high-volume projection that speaks quickly and brightly with a rapid decay. Since ZBT cymbals are pressed and lathed from sheets of uniform, high-quality bronze alloy, they are remarkably consistent. The highly polished, brilliant finish looks fresh. Superb all-purpose ride cymbal. Excellent, clean stick articulation with controlled overtones. ZBT-Plus cymbals take Zildjian Bronze Technology up a notch with advanced hammering and lathing, and enhanced sound for versatility, musicality, and professional performance.

  • AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN MOST EXPENSIVE HATS

As reviewed by SNAREDOG! on 12/6/2007

I use a pair to practice with & they sound awesome! We do a cover of "The Mob Rules" from "Black Sabbath" & they reproduce that realy loud subliminal phone ringing in the background sound Vinnie Appice gets on the recording! Yet still extremly sensitive I'd use these for anything! I'm realy impressed & I've been down on Zildjian for many years the company is meeting & surpassing their competition. I have a pair of Sabian B8's & a pair of Sabian AA Rock & I think the ZBT's are as good or maybe even better than both! But I question their durability as I have always with Zildjian. Sabian Is the most durable, in my opinion.

  • terrible....

As reviewed by Tanner The Man M.W. on 7/12/2006

Ok let me sum this up for you. Zildjian is a good company when it comes to top of the line. When it comes to entry level, These are pretty much trash. Now let mme tell you, I have played these, the B8pro, and the Paiste PST5 Hi hats (14"), and these are clearly last in comparison. The B8pro and PST 5 are both really good hats, and I myself own the PST 5 hats, and i love them, My Church has the B8 pros, I like them also. I prefer the B8pros if you like a High pitched noise, the PST5's if you like a medium-high pitch noise. Bottum line, ZBT's are bottum notch for their price, Get a paiste or sabian for this price. Now when it gets to the A customs, those are rocking, but like i said.....

  • Great Sounding Cymbal for very cheap

As reviewed by porkPIEguy46 on 11/6/2006

I bought this cymbal about a month ago to us at my band practices. The sound is outstanding for how cheap this cymbal is. It has a great "chick" sound when ever you hit it. This cymbal is great for beginner and intermediate players!
