Warranty Process
Cymbals that show factory defects within two years of their original purchase are eligible for examination at our factory. Zildjian experts will evaluate the damage and issue a replacement cymbal, unless it appears the damage is related to improper use or care.
If you believe your cymbal has a factory defect:
1. Contact Zildjian to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#), via telephone: 781-871-2200.
2. Indicate the location of the damage on the cymbal with a piece of tape.
3. Make a photocopy of your original numbered and dated sales receipt.
4. Carefully package your cymbal. Include your RA# and the photocopy of your sales receipt in the box.
5. Ship the package to:

A Cymbal will not be replaced if:
1. It has been misplayed, dropped, played with excessive force or treated abusively.
2. The center hole is worn due to improper stand set-up or abusive play.
3. The cymbal was bought second-hand or used in a lease program.
4. The cymbal has previously been replaced by Zildjian.
5. More than two years have passed since the cymbal was purchased.
Warranty Notes:
• Cost of shipping a damaged cymbal to Zildjian is the customers responsibility.
• Factory evaluations take approximately 4 - 6 weeks.
• Cymbals that do not meet the warranty guidelines will be returned to customer.
• Cost of shipping a replacement or damaged cymbal back to the customer will be covered by Zildjian.

This is a good deal. A lot of people say that ZBT's are bad quality, but i've had this pack for about two years now and its hardly damaged and sounds great. The crash is nice and loud, its durable as well, it has a deep sound to it and is great for swells. The china is very tough, i've dropped it, knocked it over, and I hit it hard too, and still it hasn't even cracked a bit. This china is also great for swells and even for a second ride if you want, though I wouldn't recommend it for a normal ride, I mean it is a china. If your a begginner, or just need some more cymbals, this is a good deal.
these zildjian zbt china and splash are by far the worst cymbals i ever had, they hardly last me 2 months, i have gotten them resent in about 5 times....... do notwaste your money on these, get the oriental china trash, its a litttle bit pricey but it is soooooo worth it
Zildjian made and entry china... BAD IDEA... It rings for 30-45secs(i timed it),it has a really high pitched trashy sound, and i like a lower sound. Its too loud for it's terrible sound....i bought this cymbal pack for my birthday because it was cheap and i needed more sound to my drumset... the splash is ok, and what a splash should be like... just save up your money and spend it on a good cymbal like an oriental china, or an xs20 china..... dont make the same mistake that i did by bying this china.....
