Comments about Yamaha DGX-650 Platinum Bundle with Bench & Songbook:
Love it! When I received it and set it up there was no sound. We called and we would have to bring it in to exchange it. We called customer service and the gentleman was very helpful. Guiding us through the functions to sound. Following his instructions we turned it on and that was that!
It might be a good idea to train people on the floor to address common problems with the keyboard.
