I have used this mixer over 20 times in the last few months to support both singer/songwriters & 10 piece christian rock acts in a 2000 seat venue. I truly believe that this is the best "overall" unit available from a RELIABLE, WORLD KNOWN company. (something that matters when you open the case and plug up, while holding your breath . .one never knows just what may have happened between the last gig and this one. I have never had a serious faliure and most of my problems have truly been operator error as i look back on them. Many competitors are closing in on this market, but, the confidance alone in the yamaha brand and in their reputation allows me to feel as confidant as one can be when (many times) I AM the SOUND CREW! Shop the price, BUT, I would consider the dealer who you feel comfortable with, as this is half of the battle, if any problems should "pop up". Thanks yamaha! I am attempting to purchase a system based on this board @ this time and am looking forward to the future.
