What you?re looking for in an acoustic guitar is great sound quality, great features, and most of all, the price! I expected to find something very expensive online here but I was wrong. Not only does the Yamaha GigMaker Guitar Pack have it all, but it arrived extremely quickly. This package comes with a brand new beautiful and cheap guitar, a soft casing, an adjustable strap, a very helpful video to guide you along the way, three colourful picks (I have been using the same one for 1 year and it still hasn?t broken), a digital metronome, and two CD?s that have brilliant players on it. When I was playing the guitar, I know this sounds hard to imagine, but I had thought I spent a thousand dollars on it! The sound quality is fantastic! The quality is so vibrant, and soft, something that wouldn't break your ear drums. The fact that you get a couple of freebies makes it even better! So please don?t go spending you money on something that isn?t worth the price, buy this package instead- I promise you, you won?t regret it!

Very Nice

By

from Milwaukee, WI

Comments about Yamaha GigMaker Acoustic Guitar Pack:

I really like this guitar. I bought it for guitar class at school. This is coming from someone who knows very little about guitars, but it's really nice. The tuner and the case are different than what they show you in the picture, but in my opinion, it's a lot better. The tuner is a universal string tuner, and the case has no pockets (so I keep my picks in my wallet) I've had it for about a week and it's great. The strings are metal, in case you're wondering.

Kickin

Comments about Yamaha GigMaker Acoustic Guitar Pack:

Guitar sounds this good, unbelievable, it's bunk! My cousin bought a Washburn for around $300 and this Yamaha F325 blows that out of the water. I had a Martin D15 and this guitar is just about as nice to play. I bought this guitar because I didn't want my kids to bust it up and I am very surprised as how well it sounds and plays. Turner is weird to use, the case isn't great, but who cares. Buy a hard case. You cannot beat this deal. I bet the solid top sounds even better. Play on.

GREAT DEAL!!!!

By

from Milwaukee, WI

Comments about Yamaha GigMaker Acoustic Guitar Pack:

I am a beginner and I have to say this is a really good deal if you are too. I read recent reviews and did as people said which is to replace the strings. The DVD inside was VERY helpful with teaching me how to change them. The DVD is also good with teching chords, but I would still buy a chord book if I were you. If you are a beginner it is also very important that you buy a capo because this kit does not include one. The tuner is ok once you figure out how to use it. The picks are good. The carry case isnt very protective but its good if you need to carry your gutar around. This guitar does easily scratch so be careful with it. The overall sound is EXCELLENT. Im very glad i bought this one. It has a really cool red design on it too. I would definately recommend this to others!!

It's okay

By

from Escondido, CA

Comments about Yamaha GigMaker Acoustic Guitar Pack:

It's an okay guitar if you want to begin learning. My guitar class at school uses these. It's standard quality. Nothing special. I don't have much problems about it. The only thing that's bad about it, is that even with a pick, it doesn't produce much sound. Another thing is that it is VERY VERY soft so any scratch or bumps will be VERY noticeable. Bottom line: It's just not perfect but okay.

Great Beginner Guitar

By

from La Habra, Ca

Comments about Yamaha GigMaker Acoustic Guitar Pack:

I got this guitar 2 years ago for my birthday, ive self taught myself since. The sound is GREAT if your first starting, and you may be in shock for the price you pay. I came across this guitar pack at my local guitar center, but since it was in a box i could not play it to see if the sound quality was good. We asked an employee if there was any guitar similar, he showed us a guitar $200 more, sounding great i didnt want to get my hopes up since i was going for a cheaper kind. When i got home and tuned it up it sounded almost like the other one. Now that i have 2 years of experiance im looking for an upgrade since i know how good other guitars can be. So i would refer this guitar for anyone who is looking for their first acoustic guitar.

Great Guitar!

By

from St. Simons Island, Ga

Comments about Yamaha GigMaker Acoustic Guitar Pack:

I just received the Yamaha F325 Sunburst Acoustic Guitar (with kit) and couldn't love it more! I have had it little under a week now and have already learned all the major and minor chords! The kit that comes with the guitar is a little shabby but none the less the guitar is worth the buy and them some! The sound quality is full bodied and rich. I have no complaints about this package; if you're looking for a great guitar at a great price, search no more because this is the one!

Can You Say "Amazing"?

By

from San Jose, CA

Comments about Yamaha GigMaker Acoustic Guitar Pack:

This guitar package is pretty great. I got one a year ago for Christmas, and it is perfect for beginners. The guitar is great. I've hit it against walls and such, but it still looks brand new. The sound quality is superb, and it keeps in tune well too. The strap and case aren't of the best quality, but it's a perfect beginners package. I highly recommend it!

Yamaha Gig Maker C40

By

from Indianapolis, In

Comments about Yamaha GigMaker Acoustic Guitar Pack:

I ordered this for my grandson who, at age 13, decided he wanted to play. I had already purchased him an electirc guitar and was a bit aprehensive at first. However, when I received word the music director from school wanted to provide instructions on classical, well, I was simply elated. The guital, even at the beginner level, has a very good sound to it and plays easily. My G'son is rather tall and fit so I thought, after reading other review, and with this being a full size, it would be a "good fit" so to speak. It was. He really likes it and is doing well. I feel fairly comfortable in recommending this instrument due to the sound quality and pricing. Drawback: The only drawback was the delivery. I found out the delivery agent just simply let the package at the door. No note explaining to visit for pick-up of merchandise. The whole thing was subject to being stolen due to this type of delivery service, and of which I now find out is commonplace unless you request a service level referred to as "Adult Signature Required". Certainly a level of service to consider when purchasing high dollar items. Some companies have this type of service automatically depending upon the dollar value of the purchase. In this case it wasn't. Product: Good. Delivery: Could have been better.
