This is a must have for any drummer who needs a little volume added to their rim knock. No need to turn the stick around either this product works either way. Perfect for projection. Russ Miller is a genius.
Perfect for the job. Big sound. The way it mounts to the snare makes playing and recovery much easier than a traditional rim shot. Loud enough to cut through and be heard clearly. A great product.
Wow! I love this thing...so great to use if you do a lot of cross stick work. I use for a lot of different genres from folk to rock. It eliminates to guessing game you play when trying to find the "sweet spot" in regular snare hoops. It is especially great with metal snares! Maybe not for all guys but I love it and think it is a perfect little toy to have around.
