  • Need lifetime supply

    You've got to be kidding. P95B keyboard (floor model in store) had bad power supply. I chalked it up to one in a million. Manager got one off another piano and got the P95 working. Liked the keyboard so much that I ordered one for my son. Picked it up yesterday and set it up last night for him to play in the morning and was really impressed with the sound. This morning no power. Talk about a heartbreaker! I checked the instructions on the PA150 power supply which say unplug when not in use. WHAT? Is this what caused it to fail? I had a hard enough time trying to get him to turn his old piano off let alone unplug it. Never had a power supply fail on his cheap YPT 200 keyboard and never unplugged it. My delema is, do I switch to a different piano manufacturer or do I ask for a lifetime power supply warranty when I take this keyboard back today? I prefer the warranty but doubt it will be available.
