Excellent drums set even for pros

I'm a sessions player, who got tired of lugging my acoustic set around. I purchased this set after a lot of research. I still thought I may have to treat with kit gloves. To the contrary. I've taken this on several gigs, and this set has held up magnificently. I’m a hard hitter, but this kit has an "Is that all you got?" attitude. Had to play with the volumes of each drum to suit my needs, but this kit FAR exceeded my expectations. If you're a pro and don’t want to go bankrupt, it's perfect for practice and gigging. If you're a beginner, get this set. The sound is impeccable, and it will take to hard hitting rock, as easy as smooth Jazz gigs. High quality cage, and stands. Very much up to the task! Highly recommended.
