The Club Jordan Cocktail Drum's main 15" x 24" birch and Philippine mahogany shell combines both bass and snare drums so you can play standing up. An accessory arm accommodates hi-hat, cymbal, cowbell and/or woodblock. With or without the optional snare and tom, it's an extremely compact drum kit that can be played in a limited amount of space.

HAVE FUN AND LOOK COOL!

These drums always grab a crowd. That makes me have more fun, which makes me play better. Granted, you want to play these when the situation is right, but for my Latin side project, people love it. The best part is you can dance while playing it! Specifically, the drum sounds very large, and like a combination of 2-3 toms. Very warm tones, and perfect for a small/medium size room without the need for mic's. I am saving up to buy it from my friend!

Cocktail Kit is right up my alley

The cocktail kit has come in as a savior to me for the last several years. Playing in some small or medium rooms and wanting to beef up the sound from just playing some bongos and percussion, I found the Yamaha Club Jordan kit the perfect fit for what I needed. Compact with great sound, it gives a 2 or 3-piece band great drive. People marvel when they come up and hear us playing and realize its only 2 or 3 of us. I usually mic the kick for more of a presence in the mix, but exists just fine without it. the snare and tom have a great sound, with sticks its almost like playing a full kit, at a fraction of the size, set up and space! The 'wow' factor it offers to people seeing you play it for the first time doesn't hurt either. Drummers marvel at the reverse pedal and the full sound you can get from these drums.
