Comments about WolfPak Electric Guitar Polyfoam Case:

Well thought out and designed case. Perhaps not as impact resistant as a true hardshell, but definitely has a lot of padding and much firmer than drag bags. Fuzzy interior also seems less likely to scratch your finish than woven fabrics which can trap sharp grit, etc. Lots of pockets for all the other things you always have to carry.

Comments about WolfPak Electric Guitar Polyfoam Case:

I mainly use the case as storage since I have a 2 year old that terrorizes anything he can get a hold of. It is very lightweight, yet sturdy and fits my Ibanez fairly well. My main complaint is that the zipper tends to get stuck from time to time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive case either for storage or gigging. However, for a few bucks more I should have invested In a hard shell case.

        Excellent Case, Fly Friendly!

Comments about WolfPak Electric Guitar Polyfoam Case:

I have been using Wolfpak cases for the past 5 or 6 years on tour, and I think they're one of the best made and protective out there. The first case I purchased as the acoustic model, and then I bought this electric case shortly after. The polyfoam is the sturdiest I've seen in any guitar case, and the fact that it also has dual shoulder straps makes it so convenient. I primarily use these cases for fly dates, and they've protected my guitars very well. Because they aren't bulky hardshell cases, I carry on all the time, PLUS if I do have to ever gate check/valet when boarding a plane, and I have several times, I know that this case is sturdy enough to protect my instrument.
There is a good amount of storage - I keep strings, slides, capos, wrenches, and more in the two internal pouches, and I usually put extra cables, straps, and any other thing I need in the outer pouches. The plus is, the zippers are totally protected on these outside pouches, and although the pouches don't expand very much, it's usually not an issue, and I'm often using these on planes, I don't mind that because a) it keeps the weight down and b) I've actually been able to stack other guitars on top of this in an overhead.
If you're shopping for a "gig bag" that is much sturdier than a bag, but not as bulky as a hard shell case that you can carry on your back, I highly recommend Wolfpak.

Perfect for the hard to fit PRS SE Tremonti!

Comments about WolfPak Electric Guitar Polyfoam Case:

After purchasing the Musician's Gear MC22LP Deluxe Hardshell Case Black for my guitar based on a review (not even close to fitting the neck) the staff at Guitar Center suggested I try the Wolfpak case instead. IT FITS VERY WELL! This is a nice case, super lightweight, comfortable handle, pouches on the front. It has 2 small compartments inside on each side of the neck rest. It is polyfoam on the exterior but is a nice firm case that will protect your guitar well. This is not a gig bag - this is a nice, lightweight case. Check it out!

          Almost perfect, but not quite

          By JD Grinnell

          from Oregon

Comments about WolfPak Electric Guitar Polyfoam Case:

This case is nearly perfect, and could have been actually perfect with another 30 seconds of thought by the product designers. For example, my strat would fit except that I've added StrapLoks, making the guitar body a smidgen longer. This means that I have to remove the strap in order for the guitar to fit. No big deal, but if the designers had added an extra inch to the case, life would have been wonderful.
Secondly, half the zippers on the outside compartments go top-to-bottom (away from the handle). In other words, you can't partially close the compartments for extra long items (like a music stand) without having them fall out as you pick up the case. There is no reason the zippers could not have been sewn in the other direction, and made the case that much more useful at no extra cost.
Room for your guitar and a few other accessories
Solid construction. Much better than a gig bag; nearly as solid as a hard case and much lighter.
          A lot for the money.

Decent for the money but check twice for fit

          By Steve Scarborough

Comments about WolfPak Electric Guitar Polyfoam Case:

The case is well made and adequate for the task. My only problem was that the dimensions provided weren't adequate for determining whether my guitar would fit or not. I had to modify the body cavity to set my Gretsch Duo Jet into it safely. As it was there was way too much pressure on the headstock of the guitar and that area had to be modified by crushing the foam with my fingers in order to let the head of the guitar float without any pressure on it. if it fits your guitar it's great. Otherwise buy with caution.

Yes, I can finally haul my gear on the bike!

          By Adam H.-ehoDJ

Comments about WolfPak Electric Guitar Polyfoam Case:

I recently bought a strat with no case and have been trying to figure out a way to haul my gear on the bike for sometime. Initially I was going to buy a cheap hardshell and an expesive gig-bag with backpack straps. This case serves both roles well. I am very glad I bought the wolfpack. Probably far more protection than the most expensive gig-bag could have offered. Case is well built, very rigid, and holds the strat perfectly. Might even be able to survive a crash. Plenty of room for a Digitech RP255, 6 harmonicas, direct box, A/B switch, microphone, cables, tuner, etc. I ride a 1200 Sportster w/ a small windscreen. Fits on my back with the bottom of the case resting on the passenger part of the seat. Pulls on the shoulders a little, but not bad for a half hour or 45 min trip. Could probably do longer, but haven't tried yet. I feel very stable and safe. Great case, Also fits my Les Paul.

          Wolfpak gets 5 stars

          By RichardRocks

Comments about WolfPak Electric Guitar Polyfoam Case:

The Wolfpak guitar case is more like a hard case than a gig bag. I prefer this case to all my other cases. It is smaller and lighter than a hard case but way more professional than the average gig bag. Great rubberized handle, large zipper pulls, great pockets, heavy duty. I just got it today and I am really happy I spent a few bucks extra for this case. I waited a few weeks for Musicians Friend to get this in stock and as soon as they got it I ordered. Now I want 3 or 4 more.

          I LIKE IT!

Comments about WolfPak Electric Guitar Polyfoam Case:

This thing rocks. It has more than enough storage. Underneath the nylon outside is a hard inside, so your guitar stays safe. Inside are two more compartments for whatever you need to keep. The only draw back are the zippers to close the lid, latches would have been easier. Other than that It's light and durable.
