  • Great Gig Bag!!!!!

    Disregard the complaints about the Flap hanging down after unzipping the compartment to access the straps...You are able to roll up the flap and tuck it into a pocket at the bottom of the bag so there is NOTHING hanging down. The case provides exceptional protection for ANY sized electric and is built to the highest standards possible IMHO.

  • Brilliant and Flawed...

    This guitar case is both brilliant and flawed. The annoying features almost made me pass up what is arguable a great guitar case for the price. Let's start off with the good... The guitar case offers a lot of good protection. It's sturdy, nicely reinforced, has a strap to keep the neck in plact and a little "hump" to protect the headstock if the case falls backwards. Of all the gig bags that I've owned, this has provided the most protection. Now... the cons... 1) The straps are of high quality, but in order to get to them you must unzip their enclosure. The flap that covers the heavy dudty strap just flaps in the wind. Imagine if you will, a flap 3/4 the length of the case just dragging behind you. Granted, you can tuck the flap between the case and your back, but it's mildly uncomfortable and takes time to get it comfortable. When I pick up my case, I'm ready to go! 2) The storage area in the front... a good design. However, the zipper is a little hard to manage. Even without a guitar in the case. It's slightly harder when the guitar is in the case. Unzipping provides a lot of space. A secure inclosure for sheet music or lyric sheets. This compartment runs the entire length of the guitar. Of course... I had a pen slip out of the compartment and make its way all the way to the top... it was a squeeze to reach in and pull it out. Great design... mildly annoying to operate. Excellent protection.
