• Beautiful Black Lacquer Bench

  We wanted a matching polished black lacquer bench for our recently purchased Williams Syphony Elite piano--which is also polished black lacquer. This bench matches perfectly with our piano, and is of very nice quality. My daughter, age 7, can sit on it comfortably and play the piano. I, too, can sit on it at 5'10" and 185lbs with no problem and it feels comfortable to play. It has a nice little storage area under the seat, and both my daughter and I can sit on it simultaneously. It is not, however, a full length piano bench. I have not sat on it for extended periods of time, but the time I have spent on it has been quite comfortable. Its very sturdy and uses very stout bolts and nuts to hold it together. Assembly is very easy, less than 10 minutes--make sure you pull the legs 'down' so the seat can close (you'll see what I mean when you put it together. Williams also include a wrench to put it together, nice touch.
