I like the simplicity of this little gizmo so much, I ordered some for all my band members.
These are little gems! How great to have spare picks readily available and no adhesives needed. No need to worry about damaging the finish on your instrument. I bought several more to share with my musical friends.
I got this pick holder about 4 months ago. It is perfect because it is so easy to "install" and holds pick tight yet they come out easily when you want them to.I can run around and swing my guitar around as much as I want and they dont come out. I always had problems with losing my picks while playing and also not being able to find a pick when I need one. This enables me to have 2 picks at my disposal every time I play. Another up side is that it very inexpensive. -Happy Shredding
I had this pick holder for half a year Good Stuff :1. It holds any pick type whether smooth or sandy 2. It fits great on the head of my Strat in between the D~4th G~3rd sting (like the display image in this page)and other strings. 3. It helps me jam more by using a backup, (instead of looking for my other lost pick). 4. It replaces a way for my pick to stay firm being under and over my strings (which can make the pick fold in uncomfortable shapes or crack. 5. It replaces the unsticky Dunlop Scotty pick holder for my electric 6. I like The price 7. It expresses pick styles Problems:1. If gaps are made for example from a thick pick left in the pick holder, aafter a while when a smooth thin pick is applied the pick can fall out easily). 2. I think it might wear down in a while. That's All I could Think of A Fair 4 and a half
This thing is freakin cool! Slips right between the strings on the headstock and the picks don't move once you put em in there.. Its nothin short of amazing!!! I love it
This is a neat idea. I was always looking for a pick and now I can have 2 of them easily each time I pick up my guitar. I now have one on each of my guitars.
I do both finger style and pick playing in my gigs, and have a very bad habit of misplacing the pic when I move to the fingerstyle stuff. Now i have a whole set of pics, ready regardless of whether or not I dropped or stashed the last pick somewhere else. Very small and does not get in the way at all. Worth twice the cost for me. I bought three of them and am giving one to one of my equally absent minded buddies.
No more "Where's that pick!?" The Wedgie is a nifty little accessory. It does what it is supposed to do. ... also makes a great inexpensive gift for your jamming friends. The fit for my Martin D35 was too loose between the G and D strings, so I put it between the D and A strings.
I really like these items. I am going to get one for each of my guitars. Order online though, when I asked the guys in the store here in Tulsa they had no clue what I was talking about. Enjoy this handy little item.
based on the pictures, I thought it would fit on my G&D strings on a 3x3, but it's way too small for that. it fits perfectly between E&B head and this thing will last a lifetime. picks slip in with a little tug to get out - not sure how they managed to design that, so they will never just fall out.
