Comments about Walrus Productions Ukulele Chord Mini Chart:

Along with this chord chart I bought a used ukulele. The GC Employee had thoroughly checked it out and labeled it as "EXCELLENT" condition. Just to be sure, I phoned the store and asked him to get it out and handle it. A string was missing in the photo- is that because there is something wrong with it? "Oh no, it is really in excellent condition. I'll string it before I ship it."
Okay, well if it is not tunable, I don't want it. I'm sending it as a gift to my mom. Are we clear about that? I needs to be ready to play when she gets it. "Oh yes, It will be perfect for her when she gets it."
It arrived. It had all strings. But one of the tuning pegs does not work at all, doesn't even tighten the string.
What a lame gift! My mom took it back to the GC near her.
I told her to ask for a refund and not let them take any money from her, but they convinced her to buy a new one of the same model and apply my purchase toward it. I am not sure if that was a good idea.

Anyway, I'm annoyed that I wasted my time calling the store selling the used uke, where the employee pretended to know what he was talking about, whereas in reality he never tried to string or tune it in order to evaluate it. The ratings on used instruments are random if the GC employees just go by looks. And in what case does missing a string or being unable to tune still count as "EXCELLENT"?

You better go in the store and make your own judgements.
