The best sticks I ever bought

By Ronald Brown

from Philly area

These by far and away next to the Gerald Heyward signatures are the best sticks I bought in my life hands down. I see why TRJ endorses these sticks. They can take a beating and not chip, they are your garden variety stick good for almost any situation. I use these for funk, r&b, hip-hop, gospel, and pop music you cannot go wrong with these sticks at all. The feel of them is easy on the hands and the way these are made they don't slide and they don't hurt your hands after long periods of playing. They are on the lighter side of drumsticks but that's what makes these so great they are lighter but they still pack a punch and they just don't break. The tips sound great on cymbals when they hit the bell it gives the cymbals a great sound and when you ride the cymbal the sound you get is ideal. I'm very impressed with these signatures from Vic Firth and I would recommend these to any drummer who wants a stick that's going to give you the sound you're looking for and take the punishment. These are well worth the purchase and then some.
