so then. I bought these when i just started, I was used to wood and was really annoyed by them. when you play hard with these you can't lose em. i love these and still play with them (I got them 3 years ago :D). the zildjian ones don't work nearly as well with those the grip comes of within the first few days.
I loved these sticks! I bought a pair of 5A's, and they felt phenominal, but about a month after, one of the stick tips snapped right off. They need some improvement, 3/5
I'v had these for like two years and they still sound great on the drums. They are so good with the grip to. My little brother got me these for my birthday and I was like yeah great. But now Just love e'm.
these sticks are great have had them for a year and LOVE them ....But the only thing is the red rubber part if left in warm places(southern california) the red will get this nasty texture to it and get all black and gross... i put athletic tape aroung my sticks anyways but that fixed that problem
I'm usually a Pro-Mark kind of guy. I've been using the Pro-Mark Joey Jordison signatures for a while. I needed a new pair of sticks so I picked these babies up and twirled them around. Instantly I fell in love. These sticks have a very smooth and balanced feel. Plus, they have great rebound; so blast beats are a breeze. I have carpal tunnel syndrome, so I let go of my sticks a lot. And Pro-Marks don't help by being so slippery. The Vic Grip helps a lot with keeping the sticks in my hands. Overall, if you're looking for an amazing pair of sticks, you can't go wrong with these babies.
I was using 2B's already, but wanted to check out the Vic Grip. Honestly, I could immediately tell the difference. I had a more relaxed grip and my speed picked up. Plus, you don't have to deal with putting tape on your regular sticks. They are a little pricey, but if you buy them by the brick, they are well worth it. I definitely recommend them.
Best Drumsticks I have ever used. The grip has a great feel and makes it very easy to hold. Very well built, Don't know what you could do to make them any better. Try em you will like em! Thanks Charlie
Dude! I love these Drum sticks so much! They just like feel so good playing with them because of the rubber grip! I play with these drum sticks at my school band and shred on my set at home with these drum sticks! but I do need to buy a different size because I got 5A which is a little to big for me.. But it still a great pair of drum sticks!
