Over all I suggest these sticks for marching drummers trying to make the transition from marching sticks to set sticks. I was used to the ralph hardimon and couldn't find a good size stick. This stick is one of the beefier sticks and doesn't need much force to get sound out of your drums.
These took a little while to get used to because of the thickness of them, when I first started I was getting hand cramps and stuff. but then I got used to them... and wow I love these things!!! They've got that extra length that allows you to spread your kit out a little more and the thickness to not require much energy to get a loud sound. Great durability to, I have only broke one stick all summer. Soon to be 2 though.
I would recommend these sticks to anyone who plays heavy rock or metal. they have great rebound and havnt broke ever since i got it
