Great Ballance
I always felt that all the normal sizes ( 16'' ) were to short for me, like the Peter Erskine's. Not for reach, but for the balance. I like the SJ sticks when i play jazz, funk, brazilian kind of stuff.I think they're durable enough for rock though.
I get a pretty nice snare/tom sound because of the thin size (SJ 0.525 / 5A 0.565 ) and the little barrel tip. They play really nice on the cymbals as well. Again, i bought these sticks because i missed some 'weight' in the front of the previous sticks i used. So the balance feels way more relax in my hands now.
Great feel and touch!

Long and Very Thin, Perfect
I bought these looking for a decent pair of sticks. And I definitely got that, and more.
These are absolutely PERFECT, for people who like really thin sticks and are tall, because these are longer than many common drumsticks. They provide extra reach for that Splash cymbal or floor tom you may sometimes miss.
I've fallen in love with these, and I've had them for about two months, they barely have any signs of breaking. I'll tell you one thing, these are very durable.
So overall if you're looking for a decent pair of sticks, with long reach and light, thin, but hard hitting power, look no further: you've found a good looking, durable pair of sticks.
