Nice grip. Wears a little quickly from cymbal chipping but, otherwise they are my favs for playing on acoustics. Great price so are easily replaced once they wear out.
These sticks are great! I have Hickory American Classic Nylon Rock and they are great, they are durable, light, and sound great. I recommend them to any drummer so if you are looking for sticks, get these. Next time I buy sticks I'll know what to buy.
I too have been using the Vic Firth 5a, 5an, extreme 5a/5an and I have to say that I absolutely love them. I have played around with a few other brands and these sticks by far out play any other stick on the market. I would recommend them for any style drummer!! Keep up the good work Vic Firth!
