  • Stick with your brand

    I made the mistake of taking the advice of the GTR Center salesperson last night and tried these sticks. Not good! I typically use Vic Firth 5B Americam Classics and was hoping to save a little cash and get a 4 pack of sticks. The salesperson told me the Vater 5Bs were just like the Vic Firths. Apparently he had never actually used either stick. The Vaters are very light and not weighted at all like the Firths. Lesson learned..stick with your brand.
