The Ultrasone PRO 750 are foldable, closed-back professional headphones with aluminum nameplates. Includes PRO Box (hardcase) for safe transportation and storage, including accessories. Technologies: S-Logic Natural Surround Sound, MU Metal shielding (ULE-technology), safer hearing.
These closed-back headphones use the stiffest drivers available: titanium-plated. These drivers offer the most exact and correct sound reproduction you can imagine. Using specifically developed velvet earpads, you will have fantastic comfort for extensive working hours, combined with a maximum of isolation. The PRO 750 comes in the safe PRO hardcase, including one straight and one coiled cord, and a spare pair of velvet earpads which are easy to change due to the speed-switch technology.
ULE-technology & PRO design
PRO headphones have Ultra Low Emission (ULE) technology with significant benefits for professional users. PRO headphones also have a unique design; the PRO appearance not only distinguishes the professional line but also allows a higher degree of transparency in combination with the spatial sense and understanding, due to more ear anatomy area.
To understand what ULE-technology does, you need to know that most headphone drivers produce low-frequency magnetic fields as they convert an electric signal into an acoustical signal that you hear as music. In response, Ultrasone developed a special MU Metal shielding (ULE-technology) to reduce the radiation by up to 98% compared to current headphones. The ULE-technology has stood the test of international review and is recommended by technical surveillance organizations. Ultrasone originally developed the ULE-technology for professionals as they spend half of their lives in headphones. But due to grand requests the ULE-technology has now been integrated in other Ultrasone headphone lines.
S-Logic Natural Surround Sound
Through the S-Logic Natural Surround Sound the usual headphone sound will be moved out of the head into the room around you. The sound is no longer locked in, but appears broad and detached. Directions and distances can be heard and perceived--it's just like being in a live concert. For this new technology, additional equipment is not required. Take a pair of Ultrasone headphones plus your sound device and you will be ready for the 3-dimensional sound enjoyment.
S-Logic does not only create a Natural Surround Sound. S-Logic allows, at the same time, a reduction of sound pressure levels by up to 40% (3-4 dB) for the same loudness sensation. This may reduce the risk of hearing damage while ensuring hours of fatigue-free listening. However, Ultrasone generally advises not to listen to music at high volumes to prevent hearing damage.

Comments about Ultrasone PRO 750 Stereo Headphones:
As far as style, features, comfort and design they are a huge step up from my DT-770. Swiveling cups make them very flexible and collapse easily into their case. The case is soft but very firm for good protection and light weight. The band easily adjusts for different head sizes without having to tug or pull on it or get "just the right angle" to make it adjust; yet it still stays in place very well. 2 detachable cables (1/8" to 1/8" and a longer 1/8" to 1/4") that are threaded so they don't fall out of the headphones. Plus when you step on the cable and break it you just twist it and put in a new one, instead of replacing the entire unit with a molded in cable. There's an extra set of cup pads hidden in the carrying case that just twist on and off of the cups when your old ones wear out. These are the most well thought and "practical use ready" headphones I've used. The sound quality is fantastic, very smooth and transparent frequency band. The best way to describe it is that they sound "real." They've been great for vocal/instrumentalist tracking as well as a headphone monitor reference for mixing. I haven't had them long enough to give an accurate long term durability review but so far, no complaints.
