The Torpedo Live Digital Loadbox/Speaker Simulator is a combination of an analog REACTIVE 100W RMS loadbox and a powerful 32-bit DSP. The Torpedo Live was directly inspired by the critically acclaimed Torpedo VB-101, the first-ever digital loadbox to have hit the market.

Torpedo technology
Many parameters influence the sound of your guitar or bass rig when it comes to recording. Taking good care of the cabinet selection and miking will dramatically improve the sound of your takes. The Torpedo simulation reproduces the tiniest variations of a cabinet behavior such as frequency response and distortion (*). Move the microphone in the virtual studio room thanks to the Torpedo IR synthesis, control the phase with the Variphi (*): all the settings you need to achieve great recordings are here.
(*) VB-101, VM-202 and PI-101 only

High-quality electronic design

Comments about Two Notes Audio Engineering Torpedo Live Digital Loadbox/ Speaker Simulator:

Just a quick note to say how awesome the Two Notes Torpedo is. Recently made the purchase, and could not be more deliriously pleased. I do my recording in a small rehearsal studio and/or at home in my apartment, and don't have the ability to mic up an actual cabinet. The Two Notes Torpedo is the ultimate solution - works like a charm and sounds ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Truly, if you're used to recording guitar with plug-ins you are going to be AMAZED how much better and more natural the Torpedo sounds.
