State-of-the-art Travelite Dobro case is constructed with a lightweight yet rigid frame covered with the finest ballistic nylon for excellent durability. Soft plush velour-lined interior features a roomy accessory compartment. 2 removable backpack straps and perfectly balanced handles make it easy to carry anywhere.
It's not a 'super duty' throw it in the back of a pick up with the tail gate up hard shell nor the price of one IF you can find one to fit this 'axe'! The lenght, depth, upper bout fit the best. The upper part of the lower bout fits snug. You will have to set the guitar in level with the case. The case IS made in China, however it has real nice fit and finish. It came with addition carry straps....a real nice/big storage area and a humidity gauge. The shipping was$cheap$ too. For the money and personal instrument transportation this case is a 'WINNER'. It is light weight and appears to be durable for normal use/transportation protection. I'm checking to see how air tight or loose that is is. You don't want to lock up your'sweetie' in a case for a month at a time. I thank Kevin at the G.S. Scranton, Pa. for taking the time and assuring me that I would be happy with this purchase. This is a fine looking case but it too small to accomodate my 1996 roundneck Dobro. I have to return it. None of these were available in the store so I could not try the fit before ordering.
looks great but is made like crap... You are better off with a wet shoe box
