  • Best travel buddy

As reviewed by Jeff on 11/23/2010

Three year traveling buddy; it's light, fits easily into the overhead, indestructible, nylon strung[!], awesome with Boise silencers in public spaces, airplanes, trains.

  • Traveler Guitar ESCAPE MK-II

As reviewed by Steve Kvernstoen on 1/14/2010

I rated this at 4 stars, but with a few caveats. I see it as a good guitar to bring along and stash in the overhead plane compartment, but not as a performance guitar. (Of course, it's not intended for that.) It plays easily, and mine was set up well. It appears to be indestuctible. It's better than I thought that it might be. My chief comments would be three, as follows. 1) It's a little bit hard to tune because the strings bind on the plastic spool. 2) It's a little bit hard to hold because the body is so small, but then that's the whole point of the thing, so what can I say? 3) Tone colors are farily limited. All in all, though, I'm quite pleased with it, and I'm happy to have discovered it.
