Overview

The Traben Neo Limited 5S pairs a spalted maple top with innovative Traben features and a more traditionally-styled bridge. You get modern, in-your-face tone thanks to active three-band EQ, a graphite-reinforced neck, two-way adjustable truss rod, and the big Traben Neo bridge. Constructed with a basswood body, five-ply maple/walnut bolt-on neck, rosewood fretboard, abalone dot inlays, chrome-plated brass nut, and two soapbar pickups.

Traben's unique philosophy for building electric basses centers around their large bridges for bigger, badder tone. These bigger bridges are designed to have more mass and more bridge-to-body contact for added resonance in the body.

Worth every dollar!

I had been looking for a new bass since my bass was junk and didn't play well anymore. I had played alot of basses but some just weren't doing anything for me. I was looking for comfort most of all. The Traben's fretboard is slick and fast, it's very easy to play more complicated bass lines w/o having that restricted feeling. As far as the tone goes, it has great tone! Whether i'm going low with my notes or playing higher up on the fretboard all notes come out clean and clear! For the price it's the best bass you can buy!
