Using exotic woods normally reserved for high-end or custom basses, the Traben Array Limited 4S brings a striking spalted maple top to the Traben style and sound. Combine the custom looks with a modern soapbar and humbucker pickup combination with 3-band active EQ and you've got one hot bass. The pickups are also controlled by volume and blend knobs. The solid brass custom bridge provides a sonic benefit that you will hear and feel. The Array body is slightly smaller and perfectly balanced for lighter weight and modern feel.
Traben's unique philosophy for building electric basses centers around their large bridges for bigger, badder tone. These bigger bridges are designed to have more mass and more bridge-to-body contact for added resonance in the body.

this bass is awasome. you can actually feel your heart vibrate when you slap. i was playing on a 1000 watt amp and i was using a fender. it sucked. then i used 5he traben and the picture fell off the wall! this bass is awesome. it so light that sometimes i even forget its around my neck. BUY THIS BAS!!!
Yeah! I after I got to check out this awesome sweet bass at the Guitar Center in Pasadena, I played it & loved it! Beautiful design with awesome bridge that makes the strings "ring out" & great full tone. I got it along with the Traben Phoenix 5 string bass which is awesome too!! If your ready to add one of the hottest new basses in the world to your collection. Let it be a TRABEN! U won't be dissapoint! It's got Howie's seal of bass approvial on it! "Rock out dudes!"
this bass has a very uniue design and that is one of the + features about it. It also has very good quality, and a good amount of knobs to change ur tone and volume. the only thing that is bad about it is that it is through body strings(you have to push the strings throught back of the body, and it can be very difficult)
I've had several basses in the last four years...Two Yamaha's, an ESP, a Spector (which was incredible), and an Ibanez... I traded in one yamaha and the spector to get this traben bass...and it was so worth it. THe sound is insane...the look is incredible...is just doesn't matter. The sustain is nuts...I play hard rock and a mixture of other styles and this bass can definately handle the highs, the lows, and if you need it the mids. MUST BUY BASS
when i got this bass i instantly fell in love with it. it plays perfectly, sounds clean, and just look at it. i used to play a fender P bass ,but it kept on breaking. so i shopped for a new bass, and right when i went to get one i saw this one and had to get it!!! i recommend this to any active bass players, its just AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
