Great Tones - Great Price - Intimate Worship

By

from Perry, FL

Comments about Toca Vryheid Djembe:

After working as a worship pastor for several years, I have come to love the simple, intimate effect that a djembe adds to a worship set. It has been one of the things that I missed most since arriving at my new job/church seven months ago. But we recently invested in this great little 10" djembe and I am enjoying every minute of it. It is a very well made drum and has great tones when played correctly. For the money, you cannot find a more reliable and versatile instrument.

10" djembe

By

Comments about Toca Vryheid Djembe:

wow what can i say, i bought this about 3 weeks ago for a mission trip. usually i play gutiar but i wanted to mix it up. it sounded beautifully, i played to a room of about 70 people and you could hear it unmic-ed over a plugged in guitar and vocalists, it was amazng, the tone is awesome. for being o small it has great depth to the bass and a nice pop to the hits. i highly recomend this for smaller gigs or jammin with friends, taking this to a drum circle soon as well, i cant wait to see how it turns out

Great buy!

Comments about Toca Vryheid Djembe:

I've played the djembe for a number of years and I know a good one when I play one. It's also an eye-pleaser. I got the 12 inch one and it's perfect for me. The only challenge might lie in tightening the head, but they've given instruction on how to do it (doesn't involve screws - ropes). I recommend this product
