The ideal hand-strengthening tools for musicians.

The Gripp builds strength and endurance into hands, wrists, and forearms so you can play your guitar faster and longer. Also great for reducing pre-concert stress! Small enough to bring everywhere so you can become a better player while you do just about anything. The Gripp is one tool every guitarist and bassist should have. Don't leave home without it!

  • I recommend this

As reviewed by NELSON SANCHEZ on 8/7/2012

Bought it originally because I thought it'd help me with guitar playing. Which it did, but it's more than that. It also relieves a bunch of stress. Anyway for guitar, this should be great for improving your finger strength and dexterity.

  • THE GRIPP of playing!!!

As reviewed by wolfman1012 on 10/17/2006

The Gripp is a fun little thing! It builds hand & finger strength! Plus, we use them in our office to releave stress! These are great... if you're bored or busy you can find time for these! Watching TV? Keep your hands working with these and you'll actually be being productive! For $4.99 you'll NOT regret the purchase of at least 1 of these little babies! Get one... or a couple today... and Gripp it!

  • A nice little exerciser, stress reliever, etc. But....

As reviewed by Nathan R on 9/24/2010

I got one of these a few month ago, and loved using it. It's very easy to take around, in classes, in the car, wherever. And when using it, it often helped un-tighten my finger joints while also strengthening my hand. My only advice is that you don't leave it in extreme heat, such as a car in the summer. If you do, the small pockets of air inside will expand, and create air bubbles in the ball. Also, this may be attributed to the previous heat-exposure, but just recently the outer surface of the Gripp has become covered in micro-tears. This resulted in the outermost layer ripping and peeling off, and as more layers peeled off, the tension felt when squeezing the ball lessened. So while this product clearly works, it can become faulty and require replacement, depending on use I suppose. I would recommend buying, if only because it isn't especially expensive, so you get your value out of it either way.
