Best solid state amp out there

The TM60 is a fine amp for its price. Analog emulation of tube amps, which admittedly isn't all that great, but gets a good sound of its own. Channel 1, the Fender channel, gets a GREAT clean sound, especially if you've got a great guitar, and does an excellent overdriven tweed sound once you get the drive and midrange Punch knob up. The second channel is solid state sounding and undefined. The first channel is still great and takes pedals well too. Effects loop and reverb are also good. The TM60 makes for a great recording amp, and a manageable live amp.

This little beast kicks hard!

I paid less then they cost now, 6 years ago when I bought mine. I have used this in medium sized venues with great results, and in small setings it is easily the KING of Amps! Tone beyond experience, you can change one small setting and you won't believe what you hear! Channel 1 Has great blues sounds, as does channel 2 with a bit of edge to it. You can dial in great sustain, like the sound of overdriven tubes with this baby! I have used it with my acoustics and my electrics with good results all around! The only drawback I can report is that it doesn't have the ability to shape the Bass/Treble/Mid on each channel. Other than that this beast is a great amp. The knob layout is easy to master, but the variety will never cease to amaze! Make a record of your settings, or you will be finding that you cannot get back to that oerfect sound you had a last nights gig! Believe me, I have lost a bunch of good settings, and they can be hard to find exactly due to the variety of small adjustments on all knobs and push buttons. Footswitch is durable and has not given me one bit of trouble.

This is the amp I keep coming back to

This amp is that rarest of beasts. You know, the one you actually keep. Best solid state amp I've ever owned and still my favorite practice amp. Clean channel = Fender Pro Reverb without the fragile speakers or tube hassles. Nails it. Want the dirty SRV sound? Does that too. High Gain = in between a Marshall and Mesa sound. It's a little different than either, still good. Highly reliable. I have had it for 10 years now without any issues. This is the little amp that can. Practice, studio, stage, no problems, just play:)

Dynamic little gigging amp

I've had this amp for about 6 months now and it's my new all-time favorite (replacing my trusty but tired old Multivox). I've always loved the sounds of the classic Fender, Vox and Marshall amps but had a hard time justifying their cost. After reading numerous reviews and trying several different amps, both tube and solid state, I found this little gem. It was able to recreate the sounds of those famous amps, plus it has some features that make it very versatile, such as the built in direct box and various foot-switching options. On top of the great sound and features, it only weighs 36 pounds, so I can carry it myself as my only amp and still get all the sounds I want without lugging two or more amps and/or a pile of effects pedals. It's also plenty loud for the places I play. Awesome.
