The dark, warm tone of a solid mahogany top on a 3/4-scale travel/children's guitar.
The X-braced mahogany top adds midrange punch and a slight bluesy edge. Genuine ebony fretboard and bridge plus laser-etched rosette add luxurious visual vibe.
I bought this axe for variety in my home studio. When it's right it plays great and sounds sweet. The neck, goes out every few months and I have to have somebody straigten it out(the action gets high and the intonation goes out...then it plays again. This is NOT the rock solid Martin neck

I have had this guitar for 3 years now and it's never failed me once. It's small in stature but it has a full sound and flawless design. If you're looking for a travel-size guitar that is reliable, this is for you. A word of advice is to get a hard case for it, the wood is more delicate than the average Taylor!
