    I am absolutely amazed with this guitar! I too, picked up this guitar and expected a ukelele type sound. This guitar easily matches the sound quality and playability of a larger and higher priced guitar. For the price it is well worth it for practice and travel! It is light weight and easy to pick up! Especially cool that it is made for lefties! I highly recommend it!

    I bought this Baby Taylor for my 7 year old who wants to learn to play. This guitar is beautiful and seems well built. I compared it to the Martin in a store and felt like the Taylor had better sound and looked to have better construction. Due to the size it has its sound limitations. Do not expect a full sound. I did have to get the action adjusted at a local music store. The bridge was extremely high. I would recommend always having a new guitar for a new player inspected. I personally started on an Epiphone acoustic purchased at a music store and they did not do any set up. My parents nor I had any idea a new guitar would need adjustments. I struggled with the guitar for years and when I finally bought my first true lefty and sold the guitar I told the buyer about the action. He told me he was able to improve the action 100% and it played like a new guitar. I wish I had know that when I was younger. I may have been more aggressive in learning to play. This Taylor, especially in the Mahogony finish is a beautiful guitar.
