its great, it fits my epiphone, it has a lot of compartment space the only thing is, its a little creaky when i open it or set my guitar in it otherwise its awesome.
Great case! Fits my ESP/LTD Deluxe EC-1000 perfect. Beautiful interior that's stylish and secure. I'm a working musician and my band gigs a lot. This case is durable and has killer looks. I love this case and I'm planning on getting a second for my backup guitars.
I was in the store looking for a case for my Schecter Hellraiser Custom guitar. I went in looking for the Schecter case, but it was not available. After looking through all the cases in the store, I thought that this one was very nice. Here's the kicker: the price tag on the case was labeled (mistakenly) as $134! I was still willing to pay this amount as this case seemed perfect for my needs. I was elated to find out at the register that this case only cost $79! My guitar fits perfectly inside this case. It is padded nicely and comes with a small removable pad as well. The latches and handle appear to be very good quality. It has one covered storage department on the inside. I really like the velcro strap holder for the neck as well and it works great! The inside feels like high quality materials compared to many other cases that I looked at. I'm not crazy about the skull pattern on the outside, but for the quality, look, feel, and fit of this case, it is easy to overlook! I highly recommend this case, or at least give it a shot and see if your guitar fits. The Schecter Hellraiser Custom fits like a glove! I came home with this and the wife wanted me to order her one too! Definately worth a look if you are in the store; definately worth buying if you are ordering online.
We bought this case end of December 2009 and it lasted till March this year - the hinges broke off and the case it now unusable. Aside from poor design and quality this this case is heavy and it's been difficult to close at times. GUITAR CENTER HAS NO WARRANTY ON THIS CASE!!!
Cradles my Dean Vendetta like any good case should. Neat little Velcro straps to secure the neck in place (never seen it before, seems to work well). Also, don't know if it was the intended use, but the little pad does an excellent job of lifting the body up to make it sit flat in the case (was angled due to the neck-rest without.) Feels sturdy and well made. Also, since it doesn't seem to say it anywhere, Tantrum appears to be made by Coffin Case, and the same quality and value is here. Will definitely get another one for my other guitar. P.S. Skulls rock!!!
its very good for the price but im a bit of a freak when it comes to keeping my stuff protected while being transported so i put more foam on the inside for the body. its not the best looking but it keeps my baby safe
I just picked up this case for my les paul and it is just what I needed. The design is cool and the interior is stylish and protective. This case is perfect for a beginniner or someone who has been playing for years.
I needed a case that would fit my Jaguar which, incidentally, is awkwardly shaped. I didn't know that most cases would not fit this guitar. After spending half an hour at guitar center and about ready to give up, I found this baby lying against the wall. Surprisingly my guitar fit perfectly. This case survived the plane rides from Colorado to Arizona. I wasn't allowed to use the neat little lock on the case (Crazy TSA) but it would have locked it up nicely. I don't know how I feel about the skulls, but this case keeps my guitar safe. Good Quality. Protection, my friend, Protection.
