  • Takamine Hardshell Case for EG512C Acoustic Electric Bass

    Fits my bass perfectly. A little too perfectly - placing my bass in the case turns my tuning knobs... so now I have to tune-up every time I take it out. Other than that, the fit is snug and cozy. The build is solid and it looks good to the eye - until close up. I purchased my case new, but there are two tears in the plastic coating and at least two warped smudges. Now, It would probably look like that after being in my care for a month or two - but I was told this was(and paid for) a new case. Altogether, I like it, but for such shoddy construction this high price is robbery.
